Butterfly Wing in a Silver Locket is an EP by Sesame Girl. This EP is a bit of indie rock, because Sesame Girl is an alternative indie band.

This EP is so dreamy and the songs are so easy to listen to. The first song sets the mood of the EP. At first it sounds like hard country music but then I realize it is more of a soft rock. Upon first listen, I didn't think it would be rock. 

But if you ask me about my favorite song? it would be the third track Superstar. It has an acoustic vibe to it. It gives me a boost of self-confidence.

This song is about believing you are unique and you are a superstar.

The guitar in the background of the song brings the acoustic feel to the song. I love the lyrics

“One in a million, A superstar.”

It’s a reminder that there’s only one version of you.

Another song I am a big fan of is Prettiest Girl in the World. The beat makes me think of a country song, even though I know it's indie.

I am in love with the guitar in the background. 

There’s a lot of different moods in one EP.

I fell in love with it while listening to it. It’s an EP that I could see myself having on repeat all day. 

This EP has 6 songs which is just right for someone who is trying to find new songs, to listen to and as I said - it is easy to understand and also the music is easy to listen to.
